About Us
Our Architectural Practice was founded in 2008 in Coldstream, on the Scotland and England Border. Our Practice involves engagement in a wide variety of sectors, including, but not limited to private, residential, commercial, industrial, holiday homes, and undertakes a full range of projects, from modest extensions, refurbishment, alterations and extensions to large housing developments, hotels, medical centres and warehouses.
We offer a range of services tailored to suit our client needs. This includes initial feasibility studies, planning and building regulations drawings, full contract management and administration.
We also work closely with third-party professionals with a view to providing a seamless delivery of the end product.
Our designs are wide ranging, from traditional built to the contemporary, incorporating sustainability and best value for our clients investment.

New Hotel at Consett, Co. Durham
We designed the new hotel with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational, and breaks away from the run-of-the-mill architecture in the area.
A mix of traditional and modern materials help create a distinctive vision on a prime arterial route in the area.
Drumlin, Cornhill-On-Tweed
Our design reflected our clients need as well as taking full advantage of the amazing views from both levels.
The architecture is fairly traditional with a modern internal approach with expansive open-plan areas.
South Hetton Medical Centre
We were afforded a free roll to provide a contemporary building which includes all the requirements of modern medical centres.
The prominent Front Street site offered the opportunity to create a symbolic design set in a former mining area of County Durham.
